| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnat a zhodnotit čerpání finančních prostředků z evropských i národních zdrojů vybraných sociálně zdravotních zařízení. V teoretické části je popsána Regionální politika Evropské unie, její cíle, principy a nástroje. V návaznosti na tuto politiku vysvětluji i Strukturální politiku a fondy. Poslední část je zaměřena na vysvětlení systému sociálních služeb v České republice a zdroje jeho financování. Praktická část je zaměřena na historii, charakteristiky, nabízené služby a financování Domova pro seniory ve Kdyni a v Domažlicích.
Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a zjištění případných rozdílů v současném financování dvou sociálně zdravotních zařízení, dále pak zjištění, zda sociální zařízení využívají všech možností čerpání financí z Evropských či z národních zdrojů, které jsou dostupné. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the bachelor thesis is to compare and evaluate the depletion of financial resources from European and national sources of selected social-health care centres. In the theoretical part, is described the Regional policy of the European Union together with its goals, principle and instruments and also structural policy and funds in relationship to this Regional policy. Finally is focused in explanation of system social services in the Czech Republic and resources of its financing.
The practical part focuses on history, characteristics, the services offered and the funding of social-health care centres in Kdyně and in Domažlice from European and national sources. The thesis is evaluates and detects of potential differences of current funding of two social-health care centres, hereafter a finding, whether these facilities use all possibilities of the depletion of finances from the European or national sources, which are available. | eng |
