dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá eGovernmentem jako nástrojem pro modernizaci veřejné správy. Práce je zaměřena na digitalizaci veřejné správy a s tím spojené změny, které souvisí s dynamickým rozvojem informačních a komunikačních technologií. Cílem této práce je analyzovat fungování základních registrů veřejné správy a jejich zhodnocení ve vztahu k občanům. Teoretická část je zaměřena na eGovernment a s tím související otázky elektronického podpisu, projektu CzechPOINT a eGon, datových schránek a samozřejmě základních registrů. Vlastní analytická část obsahuje charakteristiky správních úřadů, které využívají základní registry a popis jejich fungování. Následuje zhodnocení situace a závěr.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with eGovernment as a tool for modernizing public administration. It is focused on the digitalization of public administration and the changes associated with it, which came as a result of the dynamic development of information and communication technologies. The aim of this work is to analyze the functioning of basic registers in public administration and their evaluation in relation to the citizen.
