| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj zaměstnanosti. Zkoumá situaci v Jihočeském kraji a následně posuzuje, zda má tento vývoj vliv na stabilizaci venkova. Pro tento účel byla zpracována data, která zveřejňuje Český statistický úřad. První část práce je z velké části věnována České republice a venkovskému prostoru České republiky. Popisuje obyvatelstvo, zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost. Druhá část je zaměřena na Jihočeský kraj a jeho porovnání s Českou republikou. Porovnává se kvalita zemědělství a zaměstnanost v oblasti zemědělství. V analytické části jsou zpracovány grafy, které znázorňují vývoj počtu obyvatel, vývoj celkové zaměstnanosti a vývoj zaměstnanosti v oblasti zemědělství. V práci jsou dále zkoumány okresy České Budějovice, Tábor a Jindřichův Hradec. Ve vybraných okresech je rovněž sledován vývoj počtu obyvatel, vývoj celkové zaměstnanosti a vývoj zaměstnanosti v oblasti zemědělství. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of the employment. The bachelor's thesis examines the situation in the South Bohemia Region and further evaluates, if there is any influence of the development on the countryside stabilization. For this purpose were processed the data, which are publishing by the Czech Statistical Office. The first part of the bachelor's thesis is mostly focused on the Czech Republic and its countryside. It describes the population, employment and unemployment. The second part is focused on the South Bohemia Region and its comparison with the Czech Republic. The quality of agriculture and the employment in agriculture is being compared in this part. The graphs are processed in the analytical part, which represents the progress of the population number, the progress of the total employment and the progress of the employment in agriculture.
