| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat a specifikovat produkt vybraného podniku lázeňských služeb a navrhnout možnosti zdokonalení jeho tvorby a distribuce. Vlastní návrhy a doporučení zohledňovaly možnosti zdokonalení tvorby produktu a jeho distribuce, tak aby došlo k udržení stálých a získání nových klientů.
