| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je analyzovat nedostatky vypovídací schopnosti účetních výkazů a navrhnout opatření, která tyto nedostatky budou minimalizovat.
V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé účetní výkazy a jejich nedostatky. Důraz je kladen především na rozvahu a výkaz zisku a ztráty. Je zde zmíněno i manažerské účetnictví. V praktické části je každý výkaz analyzován, jsou zde popsány nedostatky vypovídací schopnosti všech výkazů a návrhy, kterými je možné je minimalizovat. Pro zlepšení vypovídací schopnosti účetních výkazů pro management podniku byla provedena finanční analýza. | cze |

The theoretical part defines and describes the financial statements and their shortcomings that limit the explanatory power. There was mean managerial accounting. In the practical part were analysed concrete reports of company, there were described the shortcomings of the financial statements and their improving solutions.
