| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá přímou volbou prezidenta v České republice a Spojených státech amerických. Předmětem práce je komparace volebních systémů pro prezidentské volby a komparace kompetencí vyplývajících z těchto voleb. První část práce zahrnuje popis volebních systémů, postavení prezidentů v jednotlivých politických režimech a následně samotnou deskripci politických systémů. Ve druhé části práce je pozornost věnována komparaci způsobu volby prezidenta a jeho kompetencím. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání ústavních institucí prezidentů v České republice a Spojených státech amerických. | cze |
