| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat nabídky od pojišťoven a vybrat optimální pojištění pro klienta. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy o pojišťovnictví a pojištění domácností a nemovitostí. U vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant jsou popsány metody na stanovení vah a metody pro stanovení pořadí variant. V praktické části je charakterizovaná nemovitost, popsány nabídky od 8 pojišťoven a vypsaná kritéria. Za pomocí metod, které jsou popsány v teoretické části, jsou vypočteny nejlepší nabídky od pojišťoven. | cze |

In the theoretical section the basic terms of insurance, home insurance and insurance of real estate are explained. For a multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives, methods for assessment of weights and the order of alternatives are described. The practical part describes property, 8 insurance offers and listed criterions.
