| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout změny systému hodnocení pracovníků a jejich stimulace a způsob jejich uplatnění ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se hodnocení pracovníků a stimulace pracovníků. Praktická část je tvořena základními informacemi o vybrané společnosti, po kterých následuje interpretace analýzy systému hodnocení a interpretace analýzy stimulace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci.
