| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu fluktuace ve společnosti TRW-DAS a.s. v Dačicích. První část je věnována teoretické části a v druhé části byla provedena analýza a použity metody měření fluktuace pracovníků ve společnosti TRW-DAS a.s.
Na základě zjištěných výpočtů a informací byly navrženy doporučení a návrhy, které by vedly ke snížení fluktuace společnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je aplikování doporučení a řešení, které by vedly ke snížení fluktuace ve společnosti TRW-DAS a.s. | cze |
