| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce má za cíl analyzovat nestátní neziskovou organizaci z hlediska zdrojů jejího financování. Na začátku uvádí do problematiky neziskových organizací obecně a vymezuje teoretické pojmy související s touto oblastí. Pro praktickou část byla vybrána Oblastní charita Klatovy. Jako první jsou rozebrány používané zdroje financování. Oblastní charitu jako celek tvoří jednotlivá střediska, která jsou její neoddělitelnou součástí, proto analyzuje práce nejprve tyto a poté se zaměřuje na charitu celkově. Nakonec jsou uvedeny možnosti, jak financování zefektivnit a tím dosáhnout zlepšení celkové situace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse the non-governmental organization in terms of the sources of its funding. At the beginning, the thesis introduces the issue of non-profit organizations in general and defines the theoretical concepts associated with this area. The Regional charity of Klatovy was chosen to be a practical part of the thesis. The previously used sources of funding were discussed in the first place. The Regional charity is consisted of individual centres, which are an inseparable part, that is why the work analyses these centres first and then it focuses on the charity overall. Finally, the paper presents the opportunities to streamline funding and the improvement of the overall situation. | eng |
