| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této práce bylo aplikovat metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant na konkrétní rozhodovací situace ve veřejném sektoru. Úkolem bylo představit nejdůležitější metody a ukázat možnost jejich uplatnění v praxi. Z metod vyžadující ordinální informaci jsem zvolil Cookovu - Seifordovu metodu, kterou lze využít při omezení z hlediska zdrojů. U metod vyžadujících kardinální informaci jsem použil metodu váženého součtu a metodu AHP (založeny na výpočtu hodnot funkce užitku), metodu TOPSIS (založena na minimalizaci vzdálenosti od ideální varianty) a metodu ELECTRE I. (založena na vyhodnocování preferenční relace). | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main purpose of this thesis was the application of the multicriterial decision making options methods on specific decision situations in the public sector. The task was to present the most important methods and to show the possibility of their use in reality. From the methods requiring ordinal information I chose the Cook - Seiford method which can be utilized when the sources are limited.
