| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na supervizi, subjekty supervize, její druhy a formy, kulturu organizace a Oblastní charitu Jihlava. Pracovníci vnímají prospěšnost i úskalí supervize.
Cílem výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pro účely této práce, je zjištění u oslovených respondentů z Oblastní charity Jihlava, jak supervizi vnímají. Pro nalezení cíle byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. | cze |
