| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spokojenost seniorů s kvalitou terénních sociálních služeb ve Strakonicích. První kapitola charakterizuje stáří, stárnutí, změny ve stáří. Další kapitola se věnuje potřebám seniorů, třetí kapitola obsahuje možnosti péče o seniory ze strany rodiny a následně ze strany sociálních služeb, kde charakterizuji jednotlivé služby. Dále se věnuji terénním sociálním službám ve Strakonicích. Na tyto kapitoly navazuje průzkum, který má za cíl zmapovat spokojenost seniorů s terénními sociálními službami ve Strakonicích. Průzkum byl uskutečněn prostřednictvím rozhovoru s uživateli terénních sociálních služeb. Výsledky ukazují, že panuje všeobecná spokojenost s terénními sociálními službami ve Strakonicích. | cze |

The first chapter describes old-age, process of aging, changes people are going through while aging. The second chapter describes the needs of senior citizens. The third chapter is about different type of help provided by family as well as professional social care, each service is then more closely examined. The fourth chapter talks about the street social services in Strakonice. Those chapters are followed by an evaluation of results of a seniors' satisfaction research with the street social work in Strakonice. The research method was an interview with the users of the street social care.
