| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá situací pracovníků Úřadu práce ČR oddělení příspěvku
na péči, kteří jsou při výkonu své práce ovlivňováni určitými faktory, které jsou v této diplomové práci zmíněny. Dále je v práci zahrnut legislativní rámec sociální práce, dále zúčastněné pozorování, etická dilemata v souvislosti se vstupem do obydlí, kde se nachází umírající člověk, a dále obsahuje nároky na osobnostní kvality sociálních pracovníků.
Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit práci sociálních pracovníků Úřadu práce ČR
