dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the analysis of problem-solving exercises of selected chemistry syllabus topics for the GCSE exam. The theoretical part starts with a brief description of the conceptual evolution of the chemistry GCSE exam. Furthermore, the subject of chemistry in the Framework Education Programme (FEP) for secondary schools (gymnasium type) is characterized, and a list of the most common types of chemistry problems in the admissions exams for universities is presented. In the practical part, the authors compare the relation of chemistry GCSE topics at selected gymnasium schools with the learning objectives and syllabus defined by FEP. The partial aim is to analyze the preparatory problem-solving exercises for university admission exams and for chemistry GCSE exams in terms of a structure and prevailing typology of learning tasks. The authors have created a set of more complex exercises that emphasizes an interconnection of selected topics from organic and general chemistry.
