| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je role ženy v dějinách práce. Práce prochází jednotlivé epochy lidstva a zaměřuje se na ženu a na to jak se měnila její pozice role ve společnosti. S každou změnou ve společnosti se měnil i způsob života lidí a to se následně promítlo i do role, kterou žena zastávala v pracovním procesu.
Práce má tři části. První část je věnována ženě jako lidské bytosti, druhá na fenoménu práce a ve třetí jsou představeny ženy, které si pro svou odbornost a profesionalitu zaslouží vyjádřit úctu a uznání | cze |
