| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na etické aspekty preimplantační diagnostiky. Reprodukční a fetální medicína prožívá v posledních letech rychlý vývoj, díky němuž nejsme schopni dohlédnout všech možných důsledků, které tento vývoj sebou může přinést. V práci je specifikována asistovaná reprodukce a její metody. Nedílnou součástí této problematiky jsou důvody podstupování této léčby, vymezení statusu embrya a lidská důstojnost člověka před narozením. Stěžejní částí je etické zhodnocení preimplantační diagnostiky, která souvisí s její právní kvalifikací. Metodou pro vypracování práce je studium relevantní literatury především z oblasti zdravotnické etiky. Jejím studiem jsem dospěla k závěru, že preimplantační diagnostika jako metoda vedoucí k selekci embryí za účelem narození zdravých dětí je z mnoha důvodů zcela nepřípustná. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the ethical aspects of pre-implantation diagnosis. Reproductive and fetal medicine experienced fast development in recent years. Thanks to this, we are not able to see all the possible consequences that this development may bring. This work specifies the assisted reproduction and its methods. Integral parts of this problematics are: the reasons for undergoing this treatment, the definition of the status of the embryo and the human dignity of human being before birth. The fundamental part is the ethical evaluation of pre-implantation diagnosis, which is related to its legal qualifications. Method for the preparation of this work is the study of relevant literature, especially in the field of medical ethics. With this study I conclude, that pre-implantation diagnosis as a method leading to the embryo selection for the purpose of the birth of healthy children, is completely unacceptable for many reasons. | eng |
