| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pěstounskou péčí na přechodnou dobu z pohledu sociálních pracovníků orgánů sociálně - právní ochrany dětí v Jihomoravském kraji. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, rolím a kompetencím sociálních pracovníků na orgánech sociálně právní ochrany dětí a přínosům a úskalím této péče. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky zjistit jejich názor na tento institut, jaké s ním mají zkušenosti, v čem vidí přínosy, úskalí a co by změnili. Pro naplnění cíle byl využit kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jejich následné vyhodnocení metodou otevřeného kódování. Výzkum poukazuje na kladný vztah sociálních pracovníků k institutu pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Sociální pracovníci mají však k tomuto institutu často připomínky, ty se týkají například změn soudních lhůt, sjednocení systému a mnoho dalšího. | cze |

The theoretical part is focused on definition of temporary foster care, scope of activities and competences of social workers in the bodies responsible for social and legal protection of children and advantages and disadvantages of this type of care.
The point of this thesis was to find out social workers´ attitudes to the institute, which experience they went through with it, which are benefits and difficulties according to their opinion and what they would change about the institute. Their estimations were gained by the interviews. These answers were essential because of the goal fulfilment of this thesis. It was used qualitative research in the form of half-structured questions and their subsequent evaluation was made by the method of open coding. The research points to positive relation of social workers to temporary foster care institute. However, the social workers often have objections to this institute. Giving an example they would change judicial period, system unification and many further facts. | eng |
