| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá Plenárním sněmem katolické církve v České republice: konaného v letech
19972005, zvláště obdobím v letech 20032005. V přípravné části popisuje samotný proces
synodality a účast českého episkopátu na průběhu 2. vatikánského koncilu. Dalším krokem je
popis realizace odkazu a dokumentů 2. vatikánského koncilu v tehdejším totalitním
Československu. Jedná se o Dílo koncilové obnovy, liturgickou obnovu a ekumenické biblické
hnutí. Dále pojednává o situaci v církvi po zhroucení komunistického režimu a postupnou obnovu
církve po kvantitativní i kvalitativní stránce a autor předkládá další témata na základě vybraných
dokumentů pontifikátu papeže svatého Jana Pavla II.
Jádrem této závěrečné práce je popis a zhodnocení diskontinuity témat mezi I. a II.
zasedáním Plenárního sněmu. Autor předkládá možné důvody a důsledky vypuštění anebo
nepoužití některých otázek běžných v tehdejší evropské i všeobecné církvi a ohlasem v dobovém
tisku a dalších médiích.
Práci ukončuje vyhodnocení krátké ankety provedené v pastoračních centrech českých a
moravských diecézí. Sněmovní proces a dialog v církvi a společnosti určitě neskončil s vydáním
závěrečného dokumentu, ale nadále pokračuje na různých úrovních. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with the Plenary Council of the Catholic Church in the Czech Republic 1997
2005, particularly in the period 20032005. In the preparatory part it describes the process of
synodality itself and the participation of the Czech episcopate in the II Vatican Council too. The
next step is the description of the implementation of the documents of the II Vatican Council in
the former totalitarian Czechoslovakia: the Work of Conciliar Renewal, liturgical renewal and
ecumenical biblical movement. It also deals with the situation in the Church after the collapse of
the communist regime and the gradual renewal of the Church in both quantitative and qualitative
terms, and the author presents other topics selected on the basis of documents of the pontificate of
Pope St. John Paul II.
The core of this thesis is to describe and evaluate topics discontinuity between the I and the
II plenary session of the Council. The author presents the possible reasons and consequences of the
ommission or nonuse of some issues, common in the contemporery European and universal
Church, and the acceptence of such facts in the contemporary press and in other media.
