| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o rozdělení vězeňského systému v České republice.
Obsahuje také způsoby zacházení s vězni, díky kterým dochází především k morální nápravě trestaného jedince. V této práci se také objevují mé postřehy a názory na způsoby zacházení, které jsem získala díky studiu na Teologické fakultě. V práci je také zakomponované porovnání teorie a zkutečnosti funkčnosti Vězeňské služby České republiky a také rozhovor z generálním ředitelem Vězeňské služby ČR. | cze |
