| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou náhradního mateřství. Zaměřuje se na právní úpravu České republiky a její vývoj. Součástí jsou i platné právní úpravy v jiných zemích. Dále se věnuje etickým otázkám spojeným s problematikou náhradního mateřství z pohledu medicíny, psychologie, sociologie, křesťanství a práva. Podrobněji se zabývá zejména statusem embrya, problematikou dehumanizace a negativním psychickým dopadem surogačního mateřství na všechny zúčastněné. | cze |
