| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá copingovými strategiemi sociálních pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly, kde se zabývám problematikou psychické a pracovní zátěže, dále popisuji stres, jeho příčiny, příznaky a dopady na profesi sociálního pracovníka. V návaznosti na definování těchto stěžejních pojmů se orientuji na metody a techniky zvládání zátěže, kterými lze předejít pracovnímu vyčerpání. Důraz je kladen na efektivní copingové strategie, které lze využít v praxi sociálních pracovníků. | cze |
