| dc.description.abstract | Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části této práce jsou popsány teoretické pojmy z náhradní rodinné péče osvojení (formy osvojení), pěstounská péče (formy pěstounské péče), legislativa, výchovné styly, faktory ovlivňující výběr dítěte. Ve druhé části, za pomoci výzkumu, je zjištěno, jaký styl výchovy pěstouni používají, kdo a jak motivuje pěstouny k pěstounství, jaký mají pohled na současnou legislativu a jaké preferují děti do pěstounské péče. | cze |

The work is divided in two main chapters. In the first chapter of the work there are described theoretical terms from the alternative parental care the adoption (forms of the adoption), the foster care (forms of the foster care), the legislation, educational styles, factors which influence the choice of the child.
