| dc.description.abstract | Práce si klade za cíl zmapovat činnosti, které dělají sociální pracovníci v NZDM. První kapitola se zabývá vznikem a charakteristikou NZDM, ukotvením v legislativě, činností sociálního pracovníka. V další kapitole je vymezena sociálně pedagogická práce a její význam při práci s dospívajícími. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů. K dosažení cíle byla stanovena tři kritéria - reakce na cílovou skupinu a práce s ní, socializační proces, návaznost na další služby a další spolupráce. Zjištění poukázala na určité rozdíly při práci v NZDM a na chybějící systém služeb, které by na NZDM přímo navazovaly. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this work is to make an overview of activities executed by social workers in Freely accessible centres for children and young people (NZDM). The first chapter deals with the creation and description of Freely accessible centres, their legislative basis and the work of social workers. The following chapter defines the term of social pedagogic work and its importance for the work with adolescents. A survey was carried out by means of dialogues and document analysis. Three criteria were set to achive the result the reaction on the target group and the work with it, the process of socialisation, the connection with other services and following cooperation. The findings pointed out some differences in work of Freely accessible centers and
