| dc.description.abstract | Práce představuje chráněná pracovní místa jako jednu z alternativ pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení některých pojmů v této oblasti a na bližší seznámení s problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením včetně legislativy v České republice. Praktická část se zaměřuje na chráněná pracovní místa jako jednu z možností pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce ve Svazku obcí Milevska. Výzkum byl prováděn ve vybraných členských obcích tohoto svazku. Tyto členské obce poskytují svým zaměstnancům dostatečně kvalitní pracovní zapojení. | cze |

The theoretical part deals with the explanation of several terms in this area with a closer familiarization with the problematic of disabled persons´employment including the legislation in the Czech Republic. The practical part is concerned with the sheltered jobs as one of the alternatitives for job placement for persons with disabilities on the job market in Svazek obcí Milevska.
