| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je stanovit vhodné logistické a finanční ukazatele pro provádění controllingu vybraných procesů. Byly zvoleny procesy nákup a skladování. Ke splnění cíle, bylo nutné analyzovat současný stav vybraných procesů, určit způsob vyhodnocování těchto procesů a ukazatele používané.V závěru práce je zhodnocení a návrh nových ukazatelů. | cze |
