| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části pomocí odborné literatury definuji základní pojmy, které jsou obsahem práce.
Zabývám se vymezením pojmů dítě, poruchy chování dítěte, rodina, její druhy, základní funkce. Specifikuji základní a nejdůležitější zákonné úpravy oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Definuji pojem ústavní výchova, dětský diagnostický ústav, činnost a průběh v dětském diagnostickém ústavu, základní důvody umístění dětí.
Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit, jaké povědomí o činnosti dětského diagnostického ústavu mají sociální pracovníci, kteří do dětských diagnostických ústavů umisťují děti. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, zda se sociální pracovníci ve své praxi setkávají s činností dětského diagnostického ústavu. Popsat jejich znalosti o dětském diagnostickém ústavu a zjistit důvody, které slouží k podání návrhu podnětu k soudu na umístění dítěte do dětského diagnostického ústavu.
Pro výzkum jsem využila strategii kvalitativního výzkumu, metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo deset sociálních pracovníků, pracujících na odděleních sociálně-právní ochrany dětí nacházející se v obcích Jihočeského kraje. Pro výběr souboru byla zvolena metoda náhodného výběru.
Ze shrnutí výpovědí sociálních pracovníků vyplývá, že o činnosti a náplni diagnostického ústavu povědomí mají. Sociální pracovníci z oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí nastudovali o dané problematice informace ať už z internetu nebo odborné literatury, ale časem získali osobní zkušenosti s tímto zařízením. Práce by mohla sloužit ke zlepšení informovanosti sociálních pracovníků OSPOD a dalších osob zabývajících se problematikou poruch chování u dětí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part I give the definition of basic terms which are the content of this work.
I deal with the definition of a child and problem behaviour of the child, family and its types and its main function. I specify the main and the most important lawful adjustments of Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children. I give the definition of an institutional education, activity and progress in children´s diagnostic institute and the main reasons for placement of children.
The main aim of the practical part is to determine the range of awareness of social workers about the activities of Children´s Diagnostic Institute, who place children to the diagnostic institutes. The sub-aim is to find out if the social workers encounter the activities of Children´s Diagnostic Institute and describe their knowledge about the Children´s Diagnostic Institute and about the reasons, which serve as the impulse for the court at the children with behaviour problems and disorders.
I used the strategy of qualitative research, the questioning method and the technique of half-structured conversation in my research. The research file was formed by ten social workers who work in the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children, which are located in the villages of the South Bohemia Region. The random selection method to select the file was chosen.
The summary of statements of the social workers shows that they know about the activities and the content of the diagnostic institute. The social workers from the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children had studied the information on the issues using the Internet, specialised literature but after some time they gained the personal experience with this facility. This work could be used to improve the awareness of OSPOD social workers and other people dealing with children's behaviour disorders. | eng |
