| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Fyzické a psychické zatížení perioperačních sester na ortopedickém operačním sále". Perioperační sestra je v současnosti charakterizována jako vysoce specializovaná odbornice, která se v rámci svého oddělení musí neustále vzdělávat a osvojovat si nové postupy operací.
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit možné stupně zatížení perioperačních sester na ortopedickém sále a dále zmapovat fyzické a psychické projevy zátěže u perioperačních sester na tomto sále. Byly stanoveny tyto výzkumné otázky: Jaké projevy fyzické a psychické zátěže se objevují u perioperačních sester po standardních výkonech? Jaké projevy fyzické a psychické zátěže se objevují u perioperačních sester po revizních výkonech? Jaké techniky využívají perioperační sestry ke zmírnění zátěže? Jaké stimuly před a během operací zvyšují projevy zátěže.
Pro empirickou část byl vybrán kvalitativní přístup. Byla zvolena technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, pozorování a vybrané testy pro určení fyzické a psychické zátěže. Rozhovory byly následně přepsány přímým přepisem. Výzkumný soubor tvořily perioperační sestry na ortopedickém operačním sále.
Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že zvýšená fyzická zátěž je společná pro všechny respondenty a velice zajímavé výsledky přineslo i subjektivní hodnocení psychické náročnosti. Výsledky budou sloužit nejen nově nastupujícím sestrám ke snazšímu zvládnutí práce perioperační sestry, ale i k prevenci možné fyzické a psychické zátěže. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor thesis is "The physical and psychological burden of perioperative nurses in the orthopedic operating theatre". A perioperative nurse is currently characterized as a highly specialized expert who has to educate herself constantly and learn new operational procedures in her department.
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find possible levels of the burden put on perioperative nurses in the orthopedic theatre and to map the physical and psychological manifestations of the burden carried by the perioperative nurses in this theatre.
The following research questions have been determined: What manifestations of physical and mental stress appear in perioperative nurses after the standard performance? What manifestations of physical and psychological stress appear in perioperative nurses after the revision performance? What techniques do perioperative nurses use to relieve stress? What stimuli before and during operations can increase burden manifestations.
For the empirical part, a qualitative approach was chosen. Semi-structured interviewing, observation and selected methods were chosen for determining the physical and psychological burden. The conversations were subsequently overwritten by direct transcript. The research group consisted of perioperative nurses in the orthopedic surgery theatre.
The research revealed an increased physical burden in all respondents and very interesting results from the subjective assessment of psychological stress. These results will serve not only the novice nurses to facilitate the work of the perioperative nurse, but also to prevent possible physical and psychological stress. | eng |
