| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem předložené práce bylo zmapovat role sestry u umírajícího klienta v domově pro seniory. V souvislosti s tímto cílem bylo stanoveno pět výzkumných otázek, které zněly: Jaká jsou specifika ošetřovatelské péče o umírajícího klienta v domově pro seniory? Jaké jsou specifické potřeby umírajícího klienta v domově pro seniory? Jaká jsou specifika komunikace s umírajícím klientem v domově pro seniory? Jak probíhá spolupráce sestry a rodiny umírajícího klienta v domově pro seniory? Jaký je přístup sester k péči o umírajícího klienta v domově pro seniory? Empirická část bakalářské práce byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo uskutečněno technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor se skládal ze 24 otázek (viz příloha 7), které byly v některých případech doplněny otázkami doplňujícími. Rozhovor byl rozčleněn na 6 částí identifikační údaje, specifika péče, potřeby umírajícího klienta, komunikace s umírajícím klientem, spolupráce s rodinou a přístup sester. Rozhovory byly přepsány a zpracovány metodou otevřeného kódování, technikou "tužka papír". Výzkumný soubor tvořily všeobecné sestry pracující toho času v domově pro seniory. Tato bakalářská práce byla psána tak, aby přinesla základní přehled o roli sestry u umírajícího klienta v domově pro seniory. Na základě zjištěných informací, doplněných o poznatky odborníků z oblasti thanatologie a paliativní péče bude vytvořena příručka pro sestry a ostatní ošetřovatelský personál pečující o umírající klienty v domově pro seniory. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to describe a nurses role in providing care to dying clients at retirement homes. In connection with this goal, were set out five Research questions, which are: What are the specifics of nursing care for a dying client at retirement home? What are the specific needs of a dying client at retirement home? What are the specifics of communication with a dying client at retirement home? How do the nurse ant the family of a dying client cooperate? What is the approach of nurses to the care of the client at retirement home? The empirical part of this bachelor thesis was elaborated by the method of qualitative Research survey, which was realized by the technique od a semi-structured interview. The interview consisted of 24 questions, supplemented in some cases by additional questions. The interview was divided into 6 parts identification, specifics of care, dying client's needs, communication with a dying client, cooperate with the family and nurses approach. Interview were overwritten and processes by open-coding, pencilpaper technique. The research group consisted of nurses working at the time at retirement homes. This bachelor thesis was written in a certain way, to bring basic overview of the nursing role in providing care to dying clients at retirement homes. Based on the findings, supplemented by the knowledge of experts in the fields of thanatology and paliative care, will be create a handbook for nurses ant other staff caring for dying clients at retirement homes. | eng |
