| dc.description.abstract | Osteotomie znamená protětí kosti nejčastěji pilou. Slouží k úpravě osové odchylky, prodloužení, či zkrácení kostí. Postupem času, kdy docházelo ke změnám ve vývoji operační techniky korekční osteotomie, docházelo ke změnám také ve vývoji v ošetřovatelské péči. Tento převrat se dotýká nejen ošetřovatelského personálu, ale zejména klientů. Díky vývoji operační techniky se zkracuje doba hospitalizace, a pokud klient nevykonává fyzicky náročnou práci, kdy by docházelo k velké zátěži operované dolní končetiny, zkracuje se i doba léčení. Dochází tím k rychlejšímu návratu klientů do běžného života a zaměstnání.
Ošetřovatelská péče se při moderní operační metodě stává pro personál méně náročnou oproti starší operační metodě.
Bakalářská práce je prací teoretickou, která se v úvodní části zabývá anatomií kolenního kloubu, vyšetřovacími metodami kolenního kloubu, vysvětlením pojmu gonartrózy a způsobem léčení tohoto onemocnění. Dále volně navazuje historie osteotomie a vysvětlení operační metody.
Důležitou součástí práce je popis ošetřovatelské péče u klientů s vysokou korekční osteotomií v průběhu času, která zahrnuje předoperační přípravu, pooperační péči a v neposlední řadě rehabilitaci.
Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak se měnily ošetřovatelské postupy při starší operační metodě. Druhým cílem je zmapovat ošetřovatelské postupy při moderní operační metodě. Jsou zde zmíněny názory lékařů a sester různých medicínských oborů, kteří se s ošetřovatelskou péčí u klientů s vysokou korekční osteotomií setkali.
Získané poznatky by mohly sloužit jako návod při ošetřovatelské péči u klientů po vysoké korekční osteotomii proximální tibie. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Osteotomy means cutting a bone using a saw most often. It is used to adjust axial deviation, prolongation, or shortening of the bones. Over time, when there were changes in the development of the surgical technique of corrective osteotomy, changes in nursing care also occurred. This breakthrough concerns not only nursing staff, but also clients in particular. Because of the development of the surgical technique, the hospitalization time shortens and if the client does not perform a physically demanding job, where is a heavy load on the operated lower limb, the treatment time is reduced. This leads to a faster return of clients to normal life and employment.
Nursing care becomes less demanding for staff than the older surgical method.
The bachelor thesis is a theoretical work, which deals in the introductory part with knee joint anatomy, knee joint examination methods, explanation of the concept of gonarthrosis and the way of treating this disease. This part is followed by history of osteotomy and an explanation of the surgical method.
An important part of the thesis is the description of nursing care of clients with high correction osteotomy as time goes by, which includes preoperative preparation, postoperative care and, last but not least, rehabilitation.
The aim of the work is to describe, how the nursing procedures changed with the older surgical method. The second objective is to map out nursing procedures using a modern surgical method. There are the opinions of doctors and nurses of various medical disciplines, who have experienced nursing care of clients with high corrective osteotomy, mentioned.
Gained knowledge could serve as a guide to nursing care of clients after high corrective osteotomy of the proximal tibia. | eng |
