| dc.description.abstract | Osob bez přístřeší v naší společnosti stále přibývá a je jen málo těch, co se dokáží z ulice vrátit zpět. Parta mladých lidí založila před pěti lety sociální podnik jménem Pragulic, který se zabývá právě problematikou bezdomovectví a který je hlavním předmětem této bakalářské práce. Z řad osob bez přístřeší vybírá spolehlivé lidi, které pak zaměstnává jako průvodce a tím jim dává šanci na znovu začlenění do společnosti a zajišťuje finanční příjem.
V teoretické části se zabývám problematikou bezdomovectví a jeho definicemi. Dále charakteristikou osob bez přístřeší a tím, jak tyto osoby vidí veřejnost. Důleţitou kapitolou jsou příčiny, které bezdomovectví způsobují a také formy bezdomovectví, protože kaţdý člověk má způsob života na ulici jiný a ne vždy můžeme osobu bez přístřeší na první pohled poznat. Dále se týká sociálního podnikání, jeho charakteristiky a prospěšnosti a projektu Pragulic. V této kapitole jsou obsaženy informace o tomto sociálním podniku, jako například v jakých městech prohlídky můţe veřejnost navštívit a kolik průvodců podnik zaměstnává.
Cílem práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit subjektivní uţitečnost projektu Pragulic pro osoby bez přístřeší a v souvislosti se stanoveným uvedeným cílem byla stanovena jedna hlavní výzkumná otázka. VO: Jak ovlivnil projekt Pragulic životní situaci průvodců - osob bez přístřeší?
Výzkumný soubor představují čtyři průvodci z projektu Pragulic, od kterých byla získávána data pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie byla data následně vyhodnocena pomocí případových studií, v rámci níž bylo použito otevřené kódování.
Výsledky práce mohou vyuţít organizátoři projektu Pragulic jako zpětnou vazbu od průvodců, kteří se na projektu podílí a mohou jim být nápomocné k dalším činnostem týkající se organizace projektu a dalších aktivit podporujících osoby bez přístřeší.
Z hlediska významu pro veřejnost mohou sloužit jako podnět k účasti na prohlídkách a podílet se tak na pomoci osobám bez přístřeší a rozvoji sociálního podniku. Zároveň mohou změnit jejich předsudky a názory na osoby bez přístřeší, což je i jedním z hlavních záměrů projektu.
Z výsledků vyplývá, že každému z oslovených průvodců je nebo byl projekt různým způsobem přínosný. Jeden z průvodců vyjadřuje i negativní názor na finanční ohodnocení za prohlídku, ale zároveň přiznává, že se mu peníze z prohlídek jednou za čas hodí. Průvodci popisují první seznámení s projektem a uvádějí pozitiva, které na projektu shledávají. Pro každého z nich má účast na projektu jinou váhu, ale všichni si myslí, že je prospěšný jak pro osoby bez přístřeší, tak pro veřejnost. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The numbers of people without shelter in our society are still growing, and there are only few of those who are able to come back from the street. The Pragulic Project, dealing with the issue of homelessness, and which is the main topic of this bachelor thesis, was founded by a group of young people five years ago. Out of shelterless individuals it picks reliable people, employing them as guides, giving them a chance to include them again into the society, ensuring them financial income as well.
In the theoretical part I deal with the issue of homelessness and its definitions. Moreover, I deal with characterizing individuals without shelter and with how these people are perceived by the public. Causes that lead to homelessness and forms of homelessness make up an important chapter of this thesis, as every single individual on the street lives a different lifestyle, and can not always be detected at the first sight. Further on, it deals with social business, its characteristics and benefits of the Pragulic Project. This chapter contains information on this social business, such as in which cities these exhibitions may be attended by the public, and how many guides are employed by the business.
The aim of this thesis is to find out and evaluate the subjective benefits the Pragulic Project brings to individuals without shelter, and in connection to the given aim, which is stated above, the one main research question has been presented. RQ: How has the Pragulic Project influenced the life situation of its guides people without shelter?
The research file is represented by four guides from the Pragulic Project, from whom the data was obtained via semi-structured interviews. The data was subsequently evaluated via a qualitative research strategy, using case studies, within which open coding was used.
The thesis results may be used by the Pragulic Project organizers as backfeed from the guides who are taking part in the research, and it may be useful for other activities linked to the project organization and other activities supporting individuals without shelter. From the perspective of benefits for the public it may serve as an impulse to participate in exhibitions and thus take part in helping individuals without shelter, and in developing the social project. At the same time they may change their prejudice and opinions on individuals without shelter, which is also one of the main aims of the project.
The results prove that the project has been beneficial to each addressed guide. One of the guides expresses even a negative opinion on the financial evaluation for the exhibition, but at the same time he admits that the money is beneficial to him from time to time. The guides describe the first time they were introduced to the project, and they give the advantages that they find about the project. Every single one of them evaluates the project differently, but all of them believe it is beneficial for both people without shelter, and the public. | eng |
