| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Intervenční centrum pro osoby ohrožené domácím násilím při Diecézní charitě České Budějovice, na jeho nabízené aktivity a aktuální problémy. V úvodní části se věnuji popisu základních pojmů, které s problematikou domácího násilí úzce souvisí. Dále jsem se zaměřila na popis struktury a činností, které intervenční centrum klientům nabízí. Závěr teoretické práce se věnuje příkladům dobré praxe, zde uvádím několik úspěšných projektů, které se snaží vytvořit osvětu k problematice domácího násilí.
V druhé části byl proveden deskriptivní výzkum mapující činnosti intervenčního centra. Pro sběr dat byl vybrán kvalitativní výzkum, u kterého jsem použila techniku strukturovaného dotazníku s otevřenými otázkami. Jako cílový soubor výzkumu jsem si zvolila všechny pracovníky Intervenčního centra pro osoby ohrožené domácím násilím při Diecézní charitě České Budějovice. Celkem pět respondentek odpovědělo na jedenáct položených otázek.
Cílem práce je důkladně a výstižně popsat činnosti centra a na základě provedeného výzkumu zmapovat vyskytující se problémy s kterými se organizace potýká. V samotném závěru navrhuji optimalizační řešení problémů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the Intervention Centre for Victims of Domestic Violence, which falls under the diocesan charity in České Budějovice, the activities they offer, and current issues. The introductory part is dedicated to the description of basic terms which are closely linked with the problems domestic violence creates. Furthermore, I have focused on the description of the structure and activities which the Intervention centre offers to its clients. The conclusion of the theoretical part is dedicated to examples of good training, and it includes few successful projects, which are trying to raise public awareness about domestic violence.
The second part of the thesis provides descriptive research mapping the activity of the Intervention centre. I have chosen the qualitative research in order to collect the data, and I have used a structured questionnaire with opened questions. I have chosen all the workers from the Intervention Centre for Victims of Domestic Violence organised by the diocesan charity as the objective of my research. In total, five respondents answered eleven questions.
This thesis aims to thoroughly and accurately describe the activities of the centre, and chart the occurring problems which the organisation deals with based on the conducted research. I have proposed the most suitable solution to the issues in the final part of the thesis. | eng |
