| dc.description.abstract | Práce v uvedeném oboru je velmi rozmanitá.Anesteziologická sestra zodpovídá za dostatek materiálu, připravenost pracovního prostředí a také kontroluje funkčnost anesteziologických přístrojů. Po příjezdu pacienta na sál musí sestra zajistit spoustu výkonů, asistovat lékaři, kontrolovat fyziologické funkce pacienta během operačního zákroku, vést sesterskou dokumentaci pacienta a po skončení operačního výkonu zodpovídá za úklid pracoviště a opět za kontrolu anesteziologických přístrojů. Důraz je kladen na podrobné vymezení práce anesteziologické sestry a na pracovní prostředí, kde vykonává svou práci. Poté je práce zaměřena na psychickou zátěž anesteziologické sestry. Dále je práce zaměřena na fyzickou stránku.Pro výzkumnou část bakalářské práce byl zvolen jeden cíl: zjistit psychickou a fyzickou zátěž anesteziologických sester. Výsledky pro výzkumnou část byly získány na podkladě kvalitativního výzkumu formou hloubkového rozhoru, který byl doplněn o dva standardizované dotazníky. Výzkum byl prováděn u deseti vybraných anesteziologických sester pracujících na operačních sálech v nemocnici v Českých Budějovicích po schválení hlavní sestrou uvedené nemocnice.Analýzou bylo vytvořeno šest kategorií: význam povolání pro anesteziologické sestry, psychická zátěž anesteziologické sestry, vypořádání se s psychickou zátěží, fyzická zátěž anesteziologické sestry, interpersonální vztahy a pracovní podmínky anesteziologických sester. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Work in the given field is very varied. The nurse is responsible for sufficient material resources, readiness of the working area and correct function of the anesthesiological instruments. After the patient is brought to the theatre the nurse needs to ensure several tasks, assist the surgeon, check physiological functions of the patient during surgery, keep nurse documentation and after the operation she is responsible for the clean-up of the operating room and final check of the anesthesiological instruments. The responsibilities of the nurse as well as the working environment are described in detail, particularly regarding the psychological pressure the work requires. The work is further aimed at the physical load this job involves.Single aim was chosen for the research part of this work: to find what mental and physical load the nurses experience. Results for the research part of this work were obtained based on qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews completed by two standardised questionnaires. The research was conducted for ten randomly chosen anesthesiological nurses working at operation theatres at the hospital in České Budějovice after approval from the head nurse of the hospital.Six categories emerged through the conducted analysis comprising the meaning of employment for the anaesthesiology nurses, mental load of the occupation, handling that load, relationship among the staff and working condition of the nurses. | eng |
