| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje skutečnosti, které provázejí pěstounskou péči a poručnictví, přičemž důraz je kladen na zákonnou povinnost zajišťovat kontakt dítěte s jeho původní biologickou rodinou.Teoretická část práce začíná historickými mezníky náhradní rodinné péče ve světě i u nás. Poté nastiňuji stav v současnosti. Popisuji instituce zabývající se náhradní rodinnou péčí. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je zpracována kvalitativní metodou pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěstouny a poručníky. Vytvořila jsem výčet nejčastěji zmiňovaných základních potřeb pěstounů
a poručníků i dětí v pěstounské péči a názorů pěstounů a poručníků týkajících se zmiňované oblasti. Tato práce by mohla být využita jako materiál pro práci intervenčních center náhradní rodinné péče i pro další odborníky zabývající se touto oblastí náhradní rodinné péče, popřípadě jako inspirační a motivující materiál pro žadatele o náhradní rodinnou péči. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | These Bachelor Degree Theses describe facts connected with foster care and guardianship issues with emphasize on legal obligation to ensure a contact of the child with his original biological family.
The theoretical part of my work starts with historical milestones of a foster family care in the world and in our country. Then I deal with the present state and I describe institutions that are engaged in the foster family care. The practical part of these theses is elaborated by the qualitative method using semistructured interviews with foster parents and guardians. I made a list of most frequently mentioned basic needs of foster parents and guardians as well as the children in the foster care and opinions of foster parents and guardians regarding the mentioned topic. These theses can be used as a material for work of intervention centres of the foster family care as well as for other specialists dealing with this area of the foster family care, eventually as an inspiration and motivating material for applicants for the foster family care. | eng |
