| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou roztroušené sklerózy. Jedná se o demyelinizační onemocnění, které postihuje zánětlivými ložisky centrální nervový systém. Počátek nemoci je nejčastěji mezi 20. a 40. rokem života a jejím důsledkem je vznik invalidity. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na současný stav problematiky. Bakalářská práce se v jednotlivých kapitolách zabývá např. anatomií a fyziologií nervového systému, charakteristikou, diagnostikou, léčbou roztroušené sklerózy a ošetřovatelskou péčí o tyto pacienty. V praktické části bylo použito kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. Pro shromáždění dat byla použita metoda dotazování, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen sestrami z neurologického oddělení a respondenty s RS. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s RS. Druhým cílem bylo zmapovat potřeby pacientů v závislosti na stupni postižení RS. Provedeným výzkumným šetření byly zodpovězeny všechny výzkumné otázky. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit jako zpětná vazba pro sestry pečující o pacienty s RS. Také může být využita jako studijní materiál pro studenty ošetřovatelství nebo informativní materiál pro nemocné RS a jejich rodinné příslušníky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of multiple sclerosis. It is a demyelinating disease affecting the central nervous system by inflammatory bearings. The onset of this disease is usually between the years 20 to 40 of age. As a consequence of it patients become disabled. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the current status of this problematics. In individual chapters of this bachelor thesis it has been dealts with anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, characteristics, diagnostics, and therapy of multiple sclerosis, and nursing care for patients suffeof it. A qualitative research was used in the practical part. The method of interviewing and technique of semi-structured interview were used to collect the data. The research group consisted of nurses from the Neurology Department and respondents having MS. The first objective of bachelor thesis was to find out the specifics of nursing care for patients having MS. The second objective was to map patients' needs depending on the degree of disability of MS. All the research questions were answered by the executed research survey. This bachelor thesis can serve as a feedback for nurses caring for patients having MS. It can be used as well as a study material for students of nursing, or as an informational material for patients having MS and their families. | eng |
