| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o charakteristice metanotrofních bakterií a jejich významu v rašeliništích. Zástupci těchto mikroorganismů jsou schopni oxidovat většinu vzniklého metanu na oxid uhličitý, který je následně uvolňován do atmosféry. Metanotrofní bakterie vyžadují pro oxidaci metanu přítomnost kyslíku, ale některé druhy jsou schopné žít i v anoxické zóně. Cílem této práce je porovnání vlivu odvodnění, typu rostlinného opadu a hloubky na množství a zastoupení metanotrofních bakterií v různých typech rašelinišť (slatiništi a vrchovišti). | cze |

The members of these microorganisms are able to oxidize most of methane to carbon dioxide which is released to the atmosphere. Methanotrophic bacteria require the presence of oxygen for the oxidation of methane, but some species are able to live in the anoxic zone. The aim of this study is the comparison of effects of drainage, type of litter type and soil depths on the quantity and representation of methanotrophic bacteria in different types of peatlands (fen and bog). | eng |
