| dc.description.abstract | Ke zhodnocení četnosti výskytu fertilních populací hasivky orličí (Pteridium aquilinum) byla získána data z veřejných herbářových sbírek. Rovněž byly zajištěny vzorky hasivky orličí k posouzení míry fertility a ke stanovení četnosti výskytu diploidního a triploidního cytotypu za použití průtokové cytometrie. Vybrané vzorky byly dále využity k analýze mikrosatelitů pro zjištění populační struktury obou cytotypů a způsobu šíření triploidních rostlin hasivky orličí. | cze |

Samples of bracken were collected to assess the degree of fertility and also to reveal the frequency of both diploid and triploid cytotypes using flow cytometry.
