| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou mikrobiálního společenstva a to především metanogenních Archaeí v přirozených a odvodněných rašeliništích. Metanogenní Archaea jsou striktně anaerobní mikroorganismy žijící v hlubších anoxických vrstvách rašeliniště. Tudíž, cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak odvodnění ovlivňuje množství a diverzitu metanogenních Archaeí v závislosti na různých hloubkách, typech rašeliniště a typu opadu. | cze |
