| dc.description.abstract | Cíle této práce bylo prozkoumat výskyt nekrofágie u různých druhů a kmenů entomopatogenních hlístic. Další část studie byla zaměřena na nekrofágii vybraných entomopatogenních hlístic v hmyzu usmrceném různými nepřirozenými kmeny bakterie Xenorhabdus bovienii. Dalším cílem bylo prozkoumat mezidruhovou kompetici vybraných entomopatogenních hlístic s hlísticí Oscheius myriophila v mrtvých hostitelích. Konečným cílem bylo prozkoumat možnou toxicitu vybraných bakterií X. bovienii vůči hlístici Oscheius myriophila. | cze |

Another part of the study was focused on scavenging of the selected entomopathogenic nematodes in insects killed by various non-native strains of Xenorhabdus bovinenii. Further aim was to investigate the interspecific competition of the selected entomopathogenic nematodes with the nematode Oscheius myriophila for dead hosts.
