| dc.description.abstract | Práce má jak část textovou tak i část praktickou. První část obsahuje základní charakteristiky pojmů (rodina, ohrožená rodina, sociálně právní ochrana dětí, zákon o sociálně právní ochraně dětí, sanace rodiny). Práce se zabývá činností orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí při sanaci rodiny, definuje jeho postupy při práci s ohroženou rodinou. Praktická část je provedena formou analýzy spisů, které vede Městský úřad v Písku jako orgán sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaké kroky a metody práce tento orgán při sanaci rodiny používá, zda jsou v praxi využívány postupy, které jsou uvedeny v novele zákona o sociálně právní ochraně dětí, který vstoupil v platnost 1. 1. 2013. | cze |

The first part contains the basic characteristics of terms (family, vulnerable family, social and legal protection of children, the law of social and legal protection of children, rehabilitation of family). Bachelor's thesis is focused on the activities of the social and legal protection of children by rehabilitation of the family and defines the procedures for working with vulnerable families.
