dc.description.abstract-translatedHuman papillomaviruses (HPV) is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. HPV are a group of divergent DNA viruses. We know over 150 HPV types. Genital warts are a common manifestation of male and female infection with HPV. It is associated with significant morbidity. HPV infection can also develop into invasive penile carcinoma. It's associated with morbidity and mortality. The quadrivalent vaccine is the first vaccine which is approved for use in adolescent and young women. Anogenital malignancies are carcinoma of the vulva, carcinoma of the penis, carcinoma of skrotum, carcinoma of the anus etc. Anogenital premalignancies are intraepithelial neoplasia, Bowen's disease, Bowenoid papulosis, Erythroplasia of Queyrat, Lichen sclerosus etc.eng
