| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá psychickou manipulací, která negativně ovlivňuje mezilidské vztahy. Skládá se ze tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola nabízí základní informace o fenoménu psychické manipulace v mezilidských vztazích a seznamuje tak čtenáře s historií pojmu, definicemi a následně se základní klasifikací manipulativního jednání. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na osobnost psychického manipulátora a představuje stěžejní text práce. Třetí a současně poslední kapitola se věnuje možnostem obrany před manipulativním jednáním. Psychická manipulace se objevuje v jakémkoli sociálním prostředí a mnohdy bývá velmi nenápadná a těžko rozpoznatelná. Proto je důležité si uvědomit, jaké zbraně
a strategie psychičtí manipulátoři používají, a jak se lze jejich psychickému nátlaku bránit. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work addresses psychological manipulation, which influences interpersonal relationships in negative way. The work consists of three main chapters. The first chapter offers basic information about the phenomenon of psychological manipulation in interpersonal relationships and introduces the reader to its history, the definition of the term and the classification of manipulations. The second chapter is focused on the personality of the psychological manipulator; it is the crucial part of the work. The third and at the same time last chapter is concerned with the possibilities of defence against manipulative conduct. Psychological manipulation appears in any social environment and in many cases it is hard to recognize.
