| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo identifikovat vajíčka nebo cysty lidských nebo zvířecích parazitů v archeologickém materiálu. K identifikaci byly použity koncentrační metody. K detekci ancient DNA (aDNA) byla použita PCR (polymerázová řetězová reakce). V porovnání s podobnými provedenými výzkumy byl výskyt parazitů nízký. | cze |
