| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat elementární složení a C:N:P stechiometrii půdní organické hmoty a mikrobiální biomasy v rašelinných smrčinách NP Šumava a zjistit, zda jsou ovlivněny přítomností různých rostlinných dominant podrostu rašeliníku, suchopýru a borůvky. Odběry byly provedeny na třech lokalitách na jaře, v létě a na podzim roku 2013. Práce byla součástí projektu financovaného GA ČR. | cze |
