| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá sociální prací a její současnou situací. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na zrcadlení genderových otazníků objevujících se v sociální práci. V úvodní části je pohled zaměřen na veřejnou a soukromou sféru, tak jak byla nastavena společností a co z toho vyplývalo pro muže a ženy. V návaznosti na tyto společenské podmínky je stručně představena historie sociální práce, jako doména žen a církve, která (ne)reflektovala společenské revoluce, změny a vývoj, kterým naše česká společnost procházela až do dneška. V druhé části se práce snaží poukázat na nevykrystalizovanost a na roztříštěnost sociální práce s nejasností sebe-definování sociální pracovnic a sociálních pracovníků, do kterých je staví současná postmoderní společnost a genderový kontrakt. Následně se práce zabývá domněnkou podobností problémů sociální práce a ženských organizací a poukázáním na řešení této situace pomocí jednotné profesní komory. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with social work and its current situation. The work focuses on the reflection of the gender issues in social work. The introductory part is devoted to the public and the private sphere and the way how it was set in the society and to the consequences for men and women. The next part briefly introduces the history of the social work as a domain of women and the church, which reflected/did not reflect the social revolutions, development and changes that have happened in our society up to the present day. The second part of the work points to the uncrystallization and fragmentation of social work, difficult self-definition/identification of male and female social workers as a result of the post-modern society code and the gender contract. The thesis subsequently compares the problems of social work and women´s associations and finds the solution in the implementation of a united professional association. | eng |
