| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je v teoretické části popsat druhy nebezpečného pronásledování, jeho znaky, cyklus a typy, popsat oběť i pachatele nebezpečného pronásledování a právní úpravu, včetně oprávnění policie v rámci řešení této problematiky. Teoretická část bude podávat ucelený náhled na problematiku nebezpečného pronásledování v našich podmínkách. Praktická část bude zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, a to pomocí rozhovoru s oběťmi nebezpečného pronásledování. Podstatou praktické části bude zjištění, jakým způsobem se oběti dívají na tuto problematiku, jak vnímají práci policie a pomáhajících profesí, zda a jak byl ovlivněn jejich život. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is following in theoretical part of my thesis i would like to describe the main kinds of so called dangerous prosecution (stalking), it's features, period and types, after that I will focus on describing of victims and also perpetrators of this crime and legislation, including police authorization in investigation this sort of crime. Theoretical part proposes a complete view on the issue of dangerous prosecution in our circumstances. Practical part of my thesis will be completed as a qualitativ research, that means in dialogue form, respondents are the victims of dangerous prosecution. The substance of practical part is to finding out, how do the victims see this kind of crime and how do they perceive the work of police and other eligible institutions, even how were their lives affected by this sort of crime. | eng |
