| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pohybovou aktivitu a tělesnou zdatnost u adolescentů středních škol v Českých Budějovicích. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 55 žáků ve věku 17, 18 let, z toho 38 dívek a 17 chlapců, kteří se dobrovolně přihlásili. Teoretická část se zabývá životním stylem, pohybovou aktivitou a doporučením, tělesnou zdatnosti a adolescenty. Ve výzkumné části byla zjišťována pohybová aktivita pomocí krokoměrů Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 a úroveň tělesné zdatnosti použitím testů baterie Indares. Zjištěné výsledky byly analyzovány a porovnávány s doporučením pro pohybovou aktivitu a s jinými výzkumy. Nepodařilo se prokázat, že by pohybová aktivita adolescentů významně souvisela s tělesnou zdatností. Spíše se potvrdily velké rozdíly mezi žáky. Více jak 3 zkoumaných plní doporučenou pohybovou aktivitu, ale ani ne 1 zkoumaných splnilo 3 a více testů zdatnosti. Hlavním důvodem pro zpracování, v rámci diplomové práce, je zhoršující se zdravotní stav a měnící se způsob života zejména u dospívající generace, který je ekonomicky stále náročnější a přitom často nezlepšuje kvalitu života. | dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the physical activity and fitness of high school adolescents from Ceske Budejovice. 55 pupils at the age of 17 and 18 years entered the research completely voluntary, 38 girls and 17 boys. The theoretical part describes the lifestyle, physical activity and its reccomendation, fitness and adolescents. In the empire part, I analyzed the physical activity using the pedometer Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 and the quality of fitness using the Indares battery tests. The results were analyzed and compared according to physical activity reccomendation and other researchs. It has not been proven that the activity of adolescents is somehow strongly connected with their fitness. On the other hand big differences between pupils were confirmed. More than 3 of pupils comply with the recommended activity, but no more than 1 of participants passed 3 and more fitness tests. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the ill health and different life style of teenagers, which is still more expensive but does not make the quality better.
