| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá pojetím solidarity vládní koalice v letech 2010 až 2013. V úvodní teoretické části práce je popsán vývoj společenské solidarity až do dnešní podoby státem regulované povinné solidarity. Na základě knihy Józefa Tischnera je rozpracována kapitola o etice vládnutí a etice solidarity, na solidaritu je v této kapitole nahlédnuto i z vybraného filozofického hlediska.
Stručně je definována sociální politika a blíže představen princip solidarity jako jeden z jejích základních pilířů.
Praktická část práce se věnuje realizované sociální politice v uvedených letech, s důrazem na sociální a důchodovou reformu a jejich dílčí aspekty. Zaznamenána je i relevantní kritika těchto reforem. Zhodnocení sociální politiky v letech 2010 až 2013 se odvíjí od politického i od etického pohledu na danou problematiku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The study examines the concept of solidarity of the coalition government in years 2010-2013. The introduction describes the development of social solidarity into its present form of compulsory solidarity managed by the state.
The chapter on the ethics of governance and the ethics of solidarity is based on the book of Józef Tischner. Solidarity is examined also from a certain philosophical perspective in this chapter.
Social politics is defined briefly, but the principle of solidarity as one of its basic pillars is described in detail in this work.
The practical section of this work deals with the social policy realized in the above mentioned period, with an emphasis on social and pension reforms and their partical aspects. A relevant critique of these reforms is also recorded. Evalution of the social politics in the years 2010-2013 depends on the political and on ethical points of view. | eng |
