| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá zlepšováním pracovních a sociálních dovedností dospělých jedinců se zdravotním postižením prostřednictvím sociálně terapeutických dílen. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří podkapitol. První podkapitola se věnuje zdravotnímu postižení a jeho druhům. Druhá podkapitola se zabývá integrací a inkluzí osob se zdravotním postižením, její součástí je také význam práce pro takového jedince. Třetí podkapitola teoretické části se věnuje legislativnímu rámci, chráněnému trhu práce a sociálně terapeutickým dílnám.
Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vlivu pravidelného využívání sociální služby sociálně terapeutické dílny, poskytované neziskovou organizací Joker o. s., při získávání pracovního uplatnění na chráněném pracovním trhu dospělým jedincem se zdravotním postižením. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The paper is focused on enhancement of working and social capabilities of disabled adult individuals through social therapy workshops. This piece of work consists of two main parts a theoretical and a practical one. First part, the theoretical one, is furthermore divided into three subchapters. First subchapter is mainly concerned with the topic of disability and its different forms. Second subchapter then disseminates the issue of integration and inclusion of disabled individuals, in addition, it also includes the importance of work to such an individual. The third subchapter elaborates on the aspect of legal framework, sheltered labour market and social therapy workshops.
