| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je spolupráce mateřské školy a rodiny. Tato spolupráce je velmi důležitá pro správný proces výchovy a vzdělávání dítěte předškolního věku. Tímto výzkumným šetřením práce přispívá k hlubšímu pochopení důležitosti spolupráce rodiny s mateřskou školou. Cílem práce je identifikovat různé formy spolupráce mateřské školy a rodiny, dále zjistit, jak mezi nimi probíhá komunikace a spolupráce, zda je uspokojivá, jestli škola naplňuje očekávání rodičů svou činností a aktivitami, které pořádá.
V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy: rodina a její funkce, styly výchovy, mateřská škola, kde jsou uvedeny typy mateřských škol včetně alternativních. A v neposlední řadě práce uvádí důležitost vztahu a komunikace mezi rodinou a mateřskou školou a také obvyklé a méně obvyklé formy spolupráce. V praktické části pro výzkumné šetření bude použita metoda empirického výzkumu, který bude zaměřen na sběr dat a poté jejich vyhodnocení. Půjde o kvantitativní šetření. Výzkumný soubor bude získáván metodou dotazníku pro rodiče dětí navštěvujících mateřskou školu a rozhovorem pro pedagogy. Výsledky budou zaznamenány v podobě grafů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my bachelor work I am going to explore the cooperation between kindergadens and families. This cooperation is vital for the proper development and education of pre-school age children. The main aim of my research is to deepen our understanding about the importance of the kindergarten and families working together. I seek tomidentify the various ways in which such cooperation can take place and furthemore to investigate how the kindergarten and the families communicate and collaborate, whether the parents find this satisfactory and whether the activities run by the kindergartens and their operation meet the parents' expectations. Last but not least the dissertation will assert the importance of the relationship and the cooperation between families and kindergartens. In the theoretical section the basic terms are defined:
a family and its function, different styles of upbringing, a kindergarten (including the listing of various types of kindergartens inclusive of the alternative ones). In the practical part I will gather and then analyse data using the empirical research method. The information will be collected quantitatively in the form of a questionnaire for the parents whose children attend a kindergarten and by interviewing kindergartens teachers.
